So what's involved in a boiler service?

A visual check of the condition

Your boiler will be thoroughly striped down and all components will be cleaned

Full performance checks during the testing

Full diagnostics
At the end of your service you will receive a gas certificate which is valid for 12 months.
Your boiler service will take around 1 hour.

By having a yearly service with us you can even cut out the extreme costs of care plans with big firms (BONUS!) as your boiler will be being looked after by us and you will be kept in the loop every step of the way ensuring peace of mind knowing your boiler is working order.

How much does a boiler service cost?
Annual Landlord Gas Safety - £66 (+ £24 per extra gas appliance)
Standard Boiler Service - £87 (+ £24 per extra gas appliance)
Premium Boiler Service - From £180 - £300 (Price can vary depending on age and brand of boiler)
Fire Service - £105
